Hourly earned vs. Years of schooling

12 years is equivalent to finishing high school
16: finish college
20: finish graduate school (PhD)

Some of my interpretations:
  • Majority of people who finish high school will perform as well as majority of those just finish college (12yr vs. 16yr).
  • Some drop-outs from colleges do quite well (13 years, we also know some famous examples)
  • Best-doers in colleges seem to get highest pay (highest point in 16 year column)
  • Masters have minor advantage, you should have just stop at high school instead :))
  • PhD definitely do better than all those who just halfway in secondary school (7 years). Congratulations!
  • Smartest PhD can't beat smartest bachelor.
  • Drop out late in your PhD is expensive (you are worse than both Masters and PhDs)
  • All who study more than 21 years are ....dead :D:D

What do you think?

except some rare cases, dropouts from college cannot earn > 40USD / hrs => complete ur college when u'r in it. even when u made the wrong choice.
